Feeling Fallish- Inchie Arts

It's that time of year. I LOVE the colors of Fall. I just wish our weather would have been a bit warmer lately but, the colors make up for it big time.

Again, playing with just the scraps on my desk from another project, I pulled together this Fall notecard.
I love how you can trim the corners of the Inchie with We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper. I then stamped the image and colored in with Copics. The little dots on the background were also done with the markers. Super quick for a fun background.
Supplies:
Kraft card: Jillibean Soup
Cardstock: Core'dinations - Jenni Bowlin Studios Embossed collection
Inchie: Inchie Arts
Buttons: Stampin' UP!
Patterned Paper: Bo Bunny Press
Punches: Fiskars and We R Memory Keepers
Twine: Jillibean Soup
Trim: Maya Road
Stamp: Lockhart Stamp Company
Ink: Momento
Markers: Copic

Have a good one!

Quick Inchie card

This is a super quick and simple gift/card you could send to a friend.

Supplies:
Cardstock: Core'dinations
Stamp: Lockhart Stamp Company
Patterned Paper: Bo Bunny Press
Inchies: Inchie Arts
Punch: Fiskars
Ink: Colorbox
Markers: Copic

I really made this out of scraps from some projects I was working on that were sitting on my desk. Simply score the scrap of cardstock to create a folded cover for a tea bag. Then stamp the image on the front of the cover and on the Inchie. Color in with Copic Markers and adhere the Inchie to the front of the cover. Add the tea bag inside and the punched patterned paper border to the top and staple closed.

A super simple and quick gift to let a friend know you are thinking of them.

Have a good one!

fall inchie card

I've been enjoying the leaves starting to change around here and thought I would translate that into a window mosaic card using Inchie Arts inchies.

To create the window effect I laid out 4 inchies to create a 2x2 square and stamped the leaf image on to them. I pulled the inchies apart and colored the sides with a block copic marker. This gives each square a nice shadow. I continued to color the image with Copics to add fun colors.

Supplies:
Patterned Paper: Jillibean Soup
Cardstock: Core'dinations
Die cut: Jillibean Soup Journaling Spot
Twine: Jillibean Soup
Stamp: Lockhart Stamp Company
Ink: Momento
Markers: Copic
Inchies: Inchie Arts
Punch: We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper

Have a good one!

Simple Fall Inchie card

I've been playing with the Inchie Art Squares a bit more lately. This card is super simple but, I loved how it turned out.

I used 3 of the Inchies and covered them with some Magic Mesh to create my own embellishments.

Then added a simply stamped Inchie Square with a Lockhart Stamps pumpkin, colored in with Copic Markers.

A bit of machine stitching, a scrap of green ribbon and a snip with a corner punch... wah la!

Have a great one!

inchie love

After spending the weekend catching up on little odds and ends, I got to create a bit. I have to say, I am having fun playing with the Copic markers more than I thought. I am happy to see they are on sale again this week at Hobby Lobby. I may have to pop over there a get a few more.
Anyways, I bought the Copics to play with my stamped images more, especially on the Inchies. The board the Inchies are cut from take the markers so well. Supplies:
Card: Inchie Arts
Inchie Square: Inchie Arts
Stamp: Lockhart Stamp Company
Markers: Copic
Embossing: Cuttlebugy by Provo Craft
Punch: Stampin' UP!
Gems: Zva Creative
Ribbon: Creative Impressions

This week I stamped the Tart of Hearts image by Lockhart Stamp Company and colored them in with the Copics. A simple embossed background pulls it all together.

I have to finish sorting through a few more piles before I play again. I MUST get that corner cleaned out. lol.

Have a good one!

Inchie cupcake card

I've just received a ton of great Lockhart Stamps. I've slowly fiddling with them and my Inchies. I also broke out one of the new tools from We R Memory Keepers from CHA. The scalloped edge Corner Chomp. It goes through the edges of the Inchies 'like butta'. ;)

I laided out 6 inchie tiles and stamped directly on them. Then simply colored the image with Copic Markers. I only have a few so I made it work. I'm dying to get a few more to be able to keep trying more.
