random post day!

I've been meaning to post a few pictures from last Saturday. It was a busy day to say the least!
Andrew has started playing Flag Football and last week they had a scrimmage. It's organized chaos at it's best but, his coach is awesome and I am already amazed at what the kids are picking up.Oh, and all of Andrew's games are at 8am so there is no sleeping in and we do get our day going which is nice.
Since we are done by 9ish in the morning, we have been heading over to the Farmer's Market and to the local bakery for a donut after the game.
This day, Andrew met this sweet doggie that had the same color hair as he did. So cute!Next we were off to a picnic for the Friends and Families of the Soliders that are deployed right now.
It was soooooooooooo stinking hot. One of the hottest days this summer. The kids had a great time though. They played hula hoop, with a parachute, on the play ground, etc. We also gathered for a group photo before it was all over. It was a great turn out and so good to meet and get to know some of the soliders families as well as catch up with some friends.Whew! Now onto this weekend!
