My love for the little dot doesn't stop at patterned paper or embossed dots. Nope. I have found them in other forms too!
The background of this card was stamped with a HUGE 6x6 Scrapblock with a Pin Dot design by Cornish Heritage Farms.
A cool thing happened with I stamped the background. I must have leaned on the stamp more at the bottom left corner vs. the top. Look how the dot size gradually gets smaller as you go from the bottom left to the upper right. Cool, right?
The other stamps I used on this card are made for CHF by my sweet friend Kim Hughes. The images are SO stinkin' cute!
Of course I don't have just ONE swiss dot stamp. Nope! here's another one by Stamp Savvy I found at a stamp store down in Cincinnati. The dots are just a bit bigger and the stamp is smaller than the pin dot one I used before. And again more Kim Hughes stamps by CHF
The last card I made using the dotty fun is very simple. I punched a hole in the front of my card, added a metal ring and stitched it into place. On the inside of the card, I placed some Swiss Dot ALPHAS by Jillibean Soup! ohhh love these!
Then for just a little more swiss dot love, I used a brass stencil by Stampin' UP! to create a single straight line of embossed dots on the front of the card.
These are all on the Scrapbook and Cards Today blog today with complete supply lists. Be sure to stop by! Do you know they have a give-a-way EVERY SINGLE WEEK?!
Have a good one!
