Ahhh it's getting closer and closer to Spring. I can NOT wait! I'm OVER this bitter cold!
I think that is what brought me to this card I made for the WorldWin Paper blog this month. We are starting to celebrate Spring and Birthday's this month.
There will be a full step out with pictures on how to create this card posted soon over there so stop by and check it out.
With Birthday's as our 2nd theme this month, I had a perfect excuse for scrapping this photo my sweet friend Cherie and myself. She is such a doll and an amazing girl. I'm happy to call her a friend!
We've been getting together once a month at Archiver's to scrap with a group of friends and neighbors. All of which I have been lucky to have met via Scrapping.
This month we got together a few days after my birthday and Cherie surprised me with this yummy cake! Thankfully we had 2 tables full of friends we could share this cake and the evening of scrapping with. Here is a close up of the embossing I did on this layout. The Kashmir papers emboss AMAZINGLY! The blue paper even has this cool velvet finish to it. Ohhh so fun! Hopefully this layout will posted soon on the WWP blog as well with a complete supply list so you can check out the papers too if you wish.Cherie I KNOW you reading this so THANK YOU! oh, and I won't be at MOPS on Friday. :( Let's get together soon!
Have a great one!
