CPS catch up

I hope you all had a great Mother's Day!
We took a quick trip over to Ohio to visit with my Dad and Step Mom for the weekend. Besides the crazy amount of wind we had, the weekend was beautiful and fun!

Here's a Mother's Day card I made last minute using the CPS sketch 114.
Supplies: Card base, Patterned Paper, Felt Flowers: Jillibean Soup, Cardstock: Core'dinations, Stamp: Sweet n Sassy, Brads: KI Memories, Punches: We R Memory Keepers, Marvy, Markers: Stampin' UP!

This my take on this week's sketch for CPS 115. You will start to notice a different cardstock on my projects most of the time. I am now working with Core'dinations. This cardstock is so fun to play with. The effects you can create with embossing, sanding, punching, sanding, tearing, distressing, soooo many fun things.

Supplies: Cardstock: Core'dinations (White Wash and All in the Family), Patterned Paper: Chatterbox, Rubon: Melissa Frances, Die Cuts: Cuttlebug, Embossing: Cuttlebug and We R Memory Keepers, Punch: We R Memory Keepers, Pins: Heidi Grace.

On this card, I embossed the houndstooth design with the Cuttlebug and then embossed the circles on the flowers with my Crop-a-dile. Afterwards, I sanded down the tops to reveal the color underneath.

I think that's all for now.

I am gearing up for Thursday's Unity Hip Hop next. We are all featuring the different Kits of the Month. They are so fun to play with!

Stop back then!

Have a good one!
