Ally Scraps Week 3

This is my 3rd project for Ally Scraps this month. It was so fun to play with some of the Cosmo Cricket Snorkel line, Core'dinations cardstock, Kaiserkraft gems, American Crafts Thickers and some punches.

I used some brass embossing plates with the Core'dinations and then sanded down the polka dots on the sun.
Gems above and Gems below. They worked perfect for creating a splash on my page and some bubbles for the fishes.

Then finally to layer some scalloped edge punched papers to create the waves in the water. The green fish paper is just the reverse side of the blue fish paper.
