World Cardmaking Day!

Nope, this isn't a Hallmark holiday. This is where YOU make your own cards! :) (I managed a Hallmark store for 4 years - it's kinda funny now).

There are tons of challenges going on around the web. I have at least 2 to share with you.

Make sure you stop over to Scrapbook & Cards Today blog today. There will be new inspiration posted every hour, all day long -- starting at 8am. (I don't know when mine are going up though. lol so check over there often!)
psst... I hear there will be LOTS of giveaways throughout the day too. ;)

Also, there are going to be challenges going on over at  TwoPeasInABucket.com all day. Check out the General Scrappin' board throughout the day.

I just posted my Saturday Card Sketch Challenge for the week. That is my challenge for World Cardmaking Day.

 Here's this week's sketch

Here's the card I created
Best Wishes card by Kimber McGray

Also, if you haven't checked out this month's kit at The Card Kitchen, now is the time! It's so pretty!!!

(one of these *may* be given away on the Scrapbook & Cards Today blog... ;) )

How about a giveaway HERE on my blog??? Just leave a comment below and I will giveaway a copy of my latest cardmaking book -- 100 Fresh and Fun Handmade Cards that came out earlier this year.

Ok, I think that's it! Have fun today and make some cards!!!

Have a great one!

Kimber, your butterfly is just fabulous! Love it! I saw your card over at SCT and left love over there! It was a busy day spent hopping all over and I did get some designing done, but didn't complete anything but blog hops! Thanks for all you share! The sketch is great and I think I'll put it on Pinterest!

Hey Kimber,
Love the butterfly - another idea of yours that I'll have to try! I just finished making a batch of Halloween cards using the maze idea you shared at the Burnaby Crop & Create. They turned out just great ... like all your ideas.
